If your rug arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect
we will arrange either a full refund or a replacement at no additional cost.

If you simply wish to choose a different size, colour, or design, we are happy to offer an exchange within our return period. To be eligible, the rug must be returned unused, in its original condition, and, where possible, in its original packaging.
